DEVO TIME!

It's DOING OUR DEVO time...so grab your bible and try these out...

Read Romans 1:28-32 and 1 John 1:19 - need help finding them? Cool! just look in the front of the bible and you will find a listing (like a Table of Contents) look up Romans and 1 John and it will tell you what page they begin. Perfect! Now we are on our way, once you find Romans let's look at what Romans 1:28-32 means: Romans (well that means the book of Romans silly!) and 1 means the first chapter in Romans, wow we are almost there! So what does that :28-32 mean? Great question! That indicates the verses in chapter 1 you should read and are represented by the wee little numbers you see in each chapter. Now we are ready for DOING OUR DEVO!

Christians sin and need to confess their sins. Even though Paul is talking in chapter 1 about people who don't trust in Jesus, are there sins in Paul's list for which you need to ask God's forgiveness? Go through the list and write them down, then look at your list and ask God for forgiveness and the power to turn away from your sin. Thank God that he is faithful and not only forgives the sins you confess, but also cleanses you completely.
